Hi I’m Elizabeth Moreau, owner of Caring Transitions of Manchester, the first Caring Transitions franchise right here in New Hampshire. My path to this work wasn’t a straight line, but looking back, every step prepared me for it. I’m an Army veteran, a former Manchester city alderman, and a licensed Realtor with ten years of experience helping New Hampshire families navigate some of life’s biggest changes. So often that has meant sitting at the kitchen table with someone who is selling their parent’s home after a loss, a health change, or a longâawaited move to senior living. Those conversations are what shaped this business. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my family. My husband and I are raising four wonderful kids right here in Manchester, and they are the heartbeat of everything I do. They’re the reason I believe so strongly that every family deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and real, genuine care, especially during the hard transitions.
